Upper Deck launch new official James Bond 007 trading cards

The American based company Upper Deck reports that they are about to launch their official James Bond Collection of trading cards and trading card games. This marks the end of Rittenhouse's almost 15-year long licence period for James Bond trading cards.

Upper Deck, the leading sports and entertainment company, announced on 27th November 2018 that they will produce trading cards and trading card games for the highly coveted James Bond property. In the new agreement with
EON Productions, Upper Deck will develop products pulling from a rich collection of films that form the backbone of this uniquely British franchise. These films have defined the spy genre since the release of
Dr. No in 1962, and have served as a cultural touch point in a legacy that maintains popularity into the modern era of cinema.

007Store.com in early 2019, followed by a release on Upper Deck e-Pack™, the company’s patent pending trading card platform.
Additionally, 007 will be introduced to Legendary®, Upper Deck’s critically acclaimed deck-building trading card game, in summer 2019.
