From Sweden With Love (FSWL) is dedicated to James Bond - agent 007 and his creator Ian Fleming. We have been admirers and scholars of the phenomenon for over 25 years. FSWL started as a personal examination of the fictive agent but has developed and progressed now consisting of exclusive interviews, Bond related news in Swedish media, book and film reviews, memories from meeting 100's of people who have appeared in or worked on the James Bond movies, database with Bond memorabilia featuring 1000's of items, articles and travel stories from the world of 007, competitions, and a web shop with many rare Swedish James Bond items.
Sweden have been represented by (00)7 Bond girls - Britt Ekland, Maud Adams, Anne Lonnberg (Anne's father is Swedish), Mary Stavin, Kristina Wayborn, Izabella Scorupco and Eva Green (Eva's father is Swedish).
Swedish actor Dolph Lundgren and stunt man Lars Lundgren have also appeared in EON Productions film series and in the 23rd adventure, Skyfall, Swedish actor Ola Rapace has a role. The film will be in cinemas October 26, 2012.
Our aim is to focus on the phenomenon from a fan's view with a professional approach. The reason is the passion we have for this great fiction hero created by Ian Fleming in 1953, when he wrote his first of fourteen Bond novels - Casino Royale.
FSWL is also a tribute to producers Harry Saltzman and Albert "Cubby" Broccoli for adapting Ian Fleming's novels into films.

NEW JAMES BOND NOVEL IN MAY 2011 - CARTE BLANCHE
2011 will see the return of James Bond in a new novel to be written by international bestselling thriller writer Jeffery Deaver.
Author Jeffery Deaver comments:
“I don’t want to give much away about the new book yet, except to say that the novel will maintain the persona of James Bond as Ian Fleming created him and the unique tone Fleming brought to his Bond books, while incorporating my own literary trademarks: detailed research, fast pacing and surprise twists”.

GOLDENEYE AND BLOOD STONE - NEW JAMES BOND VIDEO GAMES FROM ACTIVISION
Video game enthusiasts can look forward to this holiday season as Activison released two new James Bond games.

Our friend in The Netherlands - Martijn Mulder - has written a unique field guide to the exotic James Bond filming locations around the world. Four-time James Bond film director Guy Hamilton has written the foreword for the book, which is published by DMD Digital. It is filled with historical background information, travel directions and location photographs, the book brings you as close to the filming locations as you can get!

BOND 23, SKYFALL, IN CINEMAS 2012
Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli of EON Productions has announced that the 23rd James Bond film, again starring Daniel Craig as agent 007, will commence production in late 2011 for a worldwide release on November 9, 2012.
