Having been fortunate to attend the London premieres of The World Is Not Enough in 1999, Die Another Day in 2002 (also at Royal Albert Hall) and Casino Royale in 2006, it was a real treat to get a ticket for the World Premiere of Skyfall at Royal Albert Hall in London. Without doubt the biggest film premiere covered by media in 2012.

David Walliams (a huge Bond fan himself) conducted interviews with Skyfall cast & crew (most of whom had not yet seen the film) and other Bond talent on the temporary scene outside the venue with both elegance and finesse.

The Prince of Wales & The Duchess of Cornwall gilded the red carpet reception by arriving last before the best and most unforgettable Bond premiere to date continued indoors.

Swedish people in attendance included FSWL contributor Erik Olsson, yours truly with Kristina Wayborn, Academy Award winner Per Hallberg as well as one of the baddies in the film, Ola Rapace, who was accompanied by Belle Williams (Naomie Harris stunt double).

(The after-premiere party was held at Tate Modern.)
