Christopher Wood Screenwriter
Screenwriter of both the 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me and the 1979 film Moonraker.

I first met the talented James Bond screenwriter Christopher Wood during an event at Pinewood Studios in July 2007. A lovely man.

Christopher Wood segued from being the author of Confessions of a Window Cleaner to writing The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) and Moonraker (1979) (1979), two of the most successful James Bond films ever made.

International best-sellers by Christopher Wood include:

• A Dove Against Death (1983)
• Dead Centre (1980)
• Fire Mountain (1980)
• James Bond, The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
• James Bond and Moonraker (1979)
• John Adam, Samurai (1971)
• Kago (1985)
• Make it Happen to Me (1969)
• Taiwan (1981)
• Terrible Hard, Says Alice (1970)
• The Further Adventures of Barry Lyndon (1976)

Apart from the two James Bond films mentioned above, Christopher Wood has written the screenplays for over a dozen movies.

In his autobiography James Bond, The Spy I Loved he recounts his adventures in the wonderful world of 007.

In the beginning of 2012, I interviewed Chrisopher for the website, read it here.
